摘要
劳资关系是资本主义经济存在和发展的制度基础,也是以资本为运行主体的市场经济中最本质的经济关系,还是企业复杂关系中的基础性关系。然而,如此重要的经济关系在当代经济研究中却日趋淡化,而委托代理理论、内部人控制理论、股权激励理论、产权理论等诸多替代性理论却日渐升温。外在竞争性理论的威胁及劳资关系内在发展的隐形化使劳资关系研究处于弱势地位,但这无法否定劳资关系在当代企业运行、市场运行乃至整个国家经济中的重要性,劳资关系理论及研究具有不可替代性。
Labor relations are the basis of the existence and development of the capitalist economic system. They are also the most essential economic relations of capital-based market economy. They are still the basic relations among complex relations in enterprises. However,the contemporary economic researches have paid less and less attention to these important economic relations. They attach more importance to the alternative theories such as principal-agent theory,insider control theory,stockholders' rights drive theory,and property right theory. The threat of competitive theory and the stealth of inherent development of labor relations make the researches of labor relations in a weak position. But it is undeniable that labor relations play a vital role in enterprise operation,market operation and national economy. The study shows that the labor relations theory and relative researches are irreplaceable.
