Several Promising Purifying Techniques for Refractory Metals

摘要 讨论了纯度对难熔金属性能的影响,重点介绍几种最有前景且能有效去除难熔金属内部杂质的提纯方法,包括电子束区域熔炼法和等离子弧熔炼法,并对这些方法进行了分析,提出了一些难熔金属提纯的建议。 The effects of purity on the properties for refractory metals, including the chemical impurities and defects, have been discussed. Several promising purifying techniques, such as electron beam floating zone melting, and plasma arc melting have been mainly investigated and compared. Some available refining methods have been suggested in this paper .
