摘要
针对铝板带热连轧过程中出现的来料厚差、来料初始偏心和初始设定辊缝差等横向非对称诱因的特点,分别建立了平衡调控模型。利用MSC.Marc软件进行了JP1235铝合金热轧有限元分析,将实验所得JP1235铝合金材料本构关系及某铝板带五连轧生产设备生产数据应用于调控模型中,对横向非对称诱因扰动下轧件的跑偏情况和施加平衡调控后的轧件跑偏情况进行了数值模拟。模拟结果显示,平衡调控数学模型能够有效地减小横向非对称扰动造成的轧件横向跑偏:初始偏心的调控模型在系统响应1.2 s左右跑偏量基本为0,初始厚度横向楔形和初始辊缝差的平衡调控对轧件的跑偏缓解程度都在60%以上。模拟结果证明平衡调控模型有效,达到了理想纠偏效果。
For the lateral non-symmetrical characteristics caused by original thickness difference,initial eccentricity and initial set roll gap difference i.e.in hot rolled Al alloys process,balance regulation models were founded.The hot rolling process of JP1235 Al alloys was analyzed by MSC.Marc software.Deviation situation before and after balance straightening was simulated based on the regulation model that formed by both the constitutive relation of JP1235 Al alloy obtained experimentally and practical data coming from a five-stand Al rolling equipment.The results show that balance regulation models can effectively reduce the lateral deviation of parts caused by lateral non-symmetry.The deviation caused by initial eccentricity decreases to near 0 after the system response 1.2 s.The deviations caused by initial thickness wedge and initial roll gap are released by over 60%.Therefore,it is proved that the balance regulation model is highly effective,and the result is desirable.
