CpG-ODN重组质粒对猪免疫剂量的筛选研究 被引量:3

摘要 CpG-ODN是含有Cp G基序的寡核苷酸,CpG基序主要是存在于细菌、病毒及非脊椎动物基因组中的特定短核苷酸序列。研究证实,人工合成的含有Cp G基序的寡核苷酸同样具有与细菌CpG-ODN相似的免疫刺激活性,能模拟细菌、病毒的自然危险信号,诱发机体产生强烈的Th1型免疫应答。CpGODN不仅能增强抗原特异性免疫应答,表现出强烈的佐剂活性;而且对多种疫苗抗原具有佐剂作用.
