摘要
北京市凯特大厦主塔楼为混合结构,由钢筋混凝土核心筒、型钢混凝土柱、型钢混凝土梁组成,楼板为组合楼盖体系(压型钢板+钢梁+混凝土)。根据本工程建设地点土层的具体情况,考虑基坑支护立柱桩和调沉桩共同作用,对地基与基础进行了协同分析计算,以解决沉降不均匀问题。介绍了地下室设计时为解决基坑支护在施工过程及换撑时对结构的影响所采取的措施,并对楼板开大洞及楼板舒适度等结构设计中的一些关键问题采用有限元等手段进行深入分析。
The main tower of Kate Building adopts hybrid structural system which is composed of reinforced concrete core wall,steel reinforced concrete columns and steel reinforced beams. Composite floor system is adopted which is composed of profiled steel sheet,steel beams and concrete. Considering the specific soil layers of the project construction site as well as the interaction of foundation pit supporting column piles and adjusted piles,collaborative analysis and calculation were made on ground and foundation to solve the problem of uneven settlement. Measures which were taken for the effect of foundation pit supporting on main structures in construction process and bracing substitution in basement design were introduced. Further finite element analyses on some key problems such as large openings in floor and the floor comfort were carried out.
