摘要
近年来,孝感市在以创业促就业方面取得了较好成绩,但还存在创业观念不强、政策宣传不够、部门服务创业缺乏整体联动、创业培训效果不理想等问题。为此,必须完善政府责任、政策优惠、创业培训、公共服务和创业宣传这五大机制,真正实现以创业促进就业。
In recent years , Xiaogan has obtained achievement in employment pushed by entrepreneurship , but there are some problems , such as business awareness is not strong enough;policy is not thoroughly promoted;entrepreneurship of department services lacks the overall linkage; entrepreneurship training effect is not ideal . Hence, government responsibility mechanism , the preferential policy mechanism , the entrepreneurship training mechanism , the public service mechanism and entrepreneurship promotion mechanism must be perfected to make entrepreneurship promote employment .
