摘要
9-10岁阶段身体素质科学化训练是构建男子体操后备人才科学梯队的关键,亦是男子体操选手后续发展高难动作的物质基础,而目前相关研究匮乏。运用特尔菲法、测试与AHP等方法,构建我国9-10岁男子体操选手身体素质评价指标体系,并进行实时评价,旨在为监控与提高该阶段体操选手身体素质的训练质量提供指导。结果表明:(1)指标体系包括力量、速度、耐力、柔韧和灵敏5个1级指标和16个2级指标,5个1级指标的权重依次为0.251 3、0.206 0、0.164 2、0.188 1和0.190 4,权重系数较好地诠释了整个指标体系的内涵;(2)目前机体耐乳酸能力、肩部柔韧性和上肢屈臂推撑力量整体发展较好,上肢慢用性拉引力量、空翻的动作速度与位移速度整理水平有待提高,灵敏素质是薄弱环节;(3)训练内容规划上,该阶段应着重加强力量、柔韧、速度、灵敏的训练;(4)发展策略上,下一阶段应注重加强灵敏素质、专项腰腹力量与位移速度的训练。
Scientific training of physical fitness in the 9~10 years old stages is the key to build a scientific male gymnastics talent team, and it's the corner- stone of difficult moves. But until now it's lack of related. By using the method of Delphi, test, AHP, an index system is put forwarded to evaluate the physical fitness of Chinese 9~10 year old male gymnast, in order to provide guidance for monitoring and improving the quality of physical fitness training. The results showed that: 1 )that evaluation indicator included five first level indicators: strength, speed, en-durance flexibility and sensitivity, and 16 secondary level in- dicators. The weight coefficients of five first level indicators were 0.251 3, 0.206 0, 0.164 2, 0.188 1 and 0.190 4 respectively, the weight coefficients inter- preted the contents of indicators effectively. 2)the current status of development: lactic acid-resistant ability, the shoulder flexibility, upper body bent arm thrust force are the advantage of 9-10 years old gymnastics strength quality, with upper limb slow pulling force and waist, speed and agility are the weak link ; 3 )it should been respectively focus on the training of strength, flexibility, speed, sensitivity in the arrangements of the training content; 4) the strengthening the agility, the waist strength and displacement speed training should be better developed in the next training phase.
