摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)重建技术在急性输尿管小结石诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2012—07-2013—11间我院就诊的74例急性输尿管小结石患者,对所有患者进行超声检查、泌尿系统X线平片及CT检查,分析结果。结果:与超声及泌尿系统X线平片检查相比,CT扫描具有更高的检出率,差异均有统计学意义,分别(X^2=72.86,P〈0.05)和(X^2=62.28,P〈0.05)。结论:多层螺旋CT多平面(MPR)及曲面重建技术(CMP)能清晰显示急性输尿管小结石的病变部位、周围组织并提供多方位图像,提高了诊断的灵敏度和准确性,适合临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the applied value muhilayer spiral CT (MSCT) reconstruction technique in the diagnosis of acute small ureteral calculus. Methods: Retrospectively analyzw 74 patients of acute small ureteral calculus admitted in our hospital from July 2012 to November 2013. All patients went through ultrasound scan, urinary system X- ray plain film and CT examination, the results of which were statistically analyzed. Results: Compared with ultrasound scan and urinary system X - ray plain film, CT examination has higher detection rate, the differences were statistically significant ( ^X2 = 72.86, P 〈 0.05 ) and ( X^2 = 62.28, P 〈 0.05 ) respectively. Con- clusion : Muhilayer spiral CT , MPR and CMP technique can display the pathological changes and surrounding tissue of acute small ure- teral calculi clearly, improve the diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy and are worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
