摘要
慢性荨麻疹的病因病机十分复杂,其表现的证候也复杂多变,既往通行的辨证分型过于简单,思路欠开阔,是导致疗效欠佳的主要因素。本文根据多年辨证治疗慢性荨麻疹的体会,指出拓展思路,灵活辨证,认真细致,是提高辨证水平和临床疗效的前提,并就一些具体问题例举了辨证的思路和治疗体会。
The etiology and pathogenesis of chronic urticaria are complex with various syndromes. In the past, the poor therapeutic efficacy for this disease was mainly due to simple syndrome differentiation and narrow-minded. Based on my many years of experience with syndrome differentiation treatment for chronic urticarial, a widening thinking together with a careful and flexible syndrome differentiation are essential for improving syndrome differentiation and therapeutic efficacy. Here, examples of thoughts of syndrome differentiation and the experience of treatment for chronic urticaria are given.
