摘要
广西来宾市忻城县经过多年努力,在土司文化资源开发与利用方面取得较大成就,但因缺乏深度开发,导致土司文化资源利用率、认同度、知名度和影响力低,土司文化旅游品牌效应尚不明显。在文化旅游已成为当今国内外普遍推崇的重要旅游形式和土司文化富藏区新的经济增长点的背景下,忻城县应抢抓战略机遇,全面规划,合理布局,对土司文化资源进行深度开发,实施土司文化旅游品牌强化策略,将资源优势转化为经济优势,实现土司文化价值的最大化。
After years' efforts, Xincheng has made great achievements in the development and use of its chieftain cultural resource.However, there is still no clear brand effect for chieftain cultural resource because of insufficient use, recognition, awareness and influence of chieftain cultural resource due to lack of in-depth development. Under the context that cultural tourism has become a popular way of tourism and increasing economic potentials of chieftain cultural resource, Xincheng should seize the strategic opportunity to carry out overall planning, rational distribution and in-depth development of the chieftain cultural resource and implement its brand consolidation strategy, so as to transfer resource advantages into economic advantages and maximize the value of chieftain culture.
