摘要
多年来,我国的基础教育信息化投入了大量的人力、物力和财力,但实际成效与预期目标之间存在着一定差距。建立一套科学的评价指标和评估模型,力求全面准确地测算基础教育信息化发展的程度和水平,可以推动基础教育信息化更加合理地发展,提高基础教育信息化的绩效。
Great efforts have been made over the past years in the development of information of elementary education,but little is achieved.Therefore,we should establish a scientific assessment criteria and model to measure the comprehensive degree of the basic education information development,promote the development of basic education information.
