摘要
代际传承作为一种社会资本,对大学生就业取向的影响十分显著,直接或间接制约社会分层与社会流动,关涉社会稳定与发展。研究大学生就业取向的代际传承,阐释代际传承机理,丰富就业理论,为高校有效进行大学生职业生涯规划教育和就业理念培养提供理论依据,为政府完善大学生就业政策提供智力支持。
As a social resource,intergenerational inheritance has significant influence on college graduates'employment,which directly or indirectly determines the social stratification and mobility,and thus relates to social stability and development.This research is about the influence of intergeneration inheritance on college graduates'employment orientation,aiming to interpret its inheritance mechanism and enrich employment theory,and therefore provide the colleges with theoretical foundation for efficient education in college students'career plan and employment ideas.The research is also expected to facilitate the administration to improve employment policies.
