从日本《大肠癌治疗指南(2014版)》变更看中国临床实践

摘要
由日本大肠癌研究会主持编纂的日本大肠癌治疗指南(以下简称指南)自2005年发布以来已修订3次。今年初,指南委员会根据近年临床试验结果总结了新的治疗方法和相关药物,更新发布了2014版指南。与2010版相比,新版指南在内镜治疗、手术治疗和放化疗等方面均有更新(表1,2)。
