摘要
本试验通过50-75、75-100 kg 2个阶段生长肥育猪的饲养试验,比较研究了80%赖氨酸硫酸盐(80赖氨酸)、70%赖氨酸硫酸盐(70赖氨酸)和98%赖氨酸盐酸盐(98赖氨酸)对猪生长性能和血液生化指标的影响。试验选取72头杜×长×大三元杂交肥育猪(57.35±6.02)kg,随机分为3个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复4头猪,公、母各半。各处理组日粮营养水平相同,但添加赖氨酸分别来源于80赖氨酸(80组)、70赖氨酸(70组)和98赖氨酸(98组)。结果表明:在50-75 kg生长阶段,与70组和98组相比,80组平均日增重分别提高3.12%和2.73%,饲料转化效率分别提高3.32%和2.24%。在75-100 kg肥育阶段,与70组相比,80组平均日增重和饲料转化效率分别提高4.88%和0.89%;与98组相比,80组平均日增重提高2.76%,但饲料转化效率降低1.52%。75-100 kg阶段血液生化指标分析结果表明,70组苯丙氨酸含量显著升高(P〈0.05),98组与80组相比,血清蛋氨酸和缬氨酸含量显著升高(P〈0.05),各处理组血清尿素氮差异不显著(P〉0.05)。
The objectiv e of this study was to compare dietary 80% L-lysine sulphate(80% L-lysine) and 70% L-lysine sulphate(70% L-lysine) and 98% L-lysine hydrochloride supplementation(98% L-lysine) on performance and serum biochemical index in 50-75 kg and 75-100 kg growing and finishing pigs. A total of 72 growing finishing pigs,with the body weight of 57.35 ±6.02 kg( Duroc ×Landrace ×Large White), were randomly assigned to three treatments with 6 repeats in each treatment and 4 pigs in each repeat(half male and half female). Pigs were fed diets with the same nutrient levels with lysine from 80% L-lysine sulphate(80% L-lysine) and 70% L-lysine sulphate(70% L-lysine) and 98% L-lysine hydrochloride(98% L-lysine), respectively. In the period of 50 -75 kg body weight,compared with 70% L-lysine and 98% L-lysine, 80% L-lysine supplementation increased the average daily gain by3.12% and 2.73%, with the feed efficiency increasing by 3.32% and 2.24%. In the period of 75-100 kg body weight,compared with 70% L-lysine, the average daily gain and feed efficiency of pigs fed diet with 80% L-lysine supplementation were increased by 4.88% and 0.89%. Compared with 98% L-lysine, 80% L-lysine supplementation increased the average daily gain by 2.76%, but decreased the feed efficiency by 1.52%. During the whole growing-finishing period, compared with 70% L-lysine, the average daily gain and feed efficiency of pigs fed diet with 80% Llysine supplementation were increased by 3.93% and 1.33%. However, compared with 98% L-lysine, 80% L-lysine supplementation increased the average daily gain by 2.69%, but without effect on the feed efficiency. Compared with80% L-lysine and 98% L-lysine, 70% L-lysine group had a significant increment in serum phenylalanine concentration(P〈0.05). The concentrations of serum methionine and valine in 98% L-lysine group were significantly higher than those in 80L-lysine group(P〈0.05). Serum urea nitrogen concentrations were not significantly different among three groups.
