碱激发超细矿渣粉制备灌浆料的缓凝问题研究 被引量:10

摘要 通过双因素分析法得出水玻璃激发矿渣制备灌浆料的最优参数,研究了多种化学缓凝剂单掺及复掺对碱激发矿渣灌浆料凝结时间和强度的影响。结果表明:Ba Cl2、Zn(NO3)2及其与葡萄糖酸钠复掺后的缓凝剂均对碱激发矿渣灌浆料有较好的缓凝效果,在掺量较小时凝结时间和强度均能达到灌浆料性能要求。通过SEM分析可知,缓凝剂的缓凝机理是在矿渣颗粒表面形成包裹层,延缓矿渣结构中玻璃体的解离和水化反应。 The optimal parameters of preparing grouting material by water glass-activated fine slag powder was obtained by two-factor analysis.The influence of several chemical retarder by single doped and complex doped for setting time and the strength development of alkali-activated slag grouting material were investigated.The results indicated that addition of barium chloride,zinc nitrate hexahydrate and the retarder of multiplexed with sodium gluconate can retard setting time well,and the strength also can achieve the performance requirements of grouting material at a smaller dosage.The retarding mechanism retarder was delaying the dissociation and the hydration of the structure of vitreous by SEM analysis.
