摘要
为了探寻不同杜仲品种叶片叶绿素荧光参数的差异,并由此揭示不同杜仲品种间光合能力的遗传变异规律,本研究以2个观赏型杜仲无性系‘红叶’杜仲和‘小叶’杜仲的苗木叶片为材料,用便携式调制荧光仪PAM2500测定其叶绿素荧光参数及快速光曲线.结果表明,‘红叶’杜仲初始荧光产量(fo)显著低于‘小叶’杜仲,‘红叶’杜仲可变荧光产量与最大荧光产量之比(fv/fm)、光系统Ⅱ潜在活性(fv/fo)及659μmol·m^-2·s^-1光照条件下光关闭时荧光产量(fo)显著高于‘小叶’杜仲;快速光曲线结果说明,‘红叶’杜仲利用光合有效辐射范围为250~1 400μmol·m-2·s^-1,能力高于‘小叶’杜仲,当光合有效辐射在2 000μmol·m^-2·s^-1以上时,‘小叶’杜仲光合效率高于‘红叶’杜仲.本研究揭示了这2个无性系叶绿素荧光参数的差异,同时剖析了差异存在原因.
In order to explore the differences of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and to reveal genetic variations of photosynthetic capacities among Eucommia ulrnoides clones, leaves of two Eucommia ulmoides clones, i.e. Eucommia ulmoides ' Hongye' and Eucommia ulmoides ' Xiaoye' , were tested in this study. Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and rapid light curves were measured by portable modulated fluorometer (PAM2500). The results suggested the initial fluorescence yield (fo) in leaves of ' Hongye' was statistically significantly lower than that in ' Xiaoye'. Meanwhile, the ratio of varia- ble fluorescence to maximal fluorescence (fv/fm) of ' Hongye' was significantly higher than that of ' Xiaoye' , and so did the potential activity of photosystem II (fv/fo). Fluorescence yield of light off (fo') at 659 μmol · m-2 · s-I of light intensity in leaves of "Hongye" was significantly higher than that in ' Xiaoye'. Rapid light curves indicated that ' Hongye' was more efficient to utilize photosyn- thetically active radiation ranging from 250 to 1400 μmol · m-2 · s-1 than ' xiaoye' , while its photo- synthetic efficiency was lower than that of ' xiaoye' when photosynthetically active radiation was 2000μmol · m-2 · s-1 and above. This study revealed the variations of chlorophyll fluorescence parmeters between the two Eucommia clones and analyzed the reason of the difference simultaneously.
