摘要
学科备课组是学校学科教学的一个专业性基础组织，在备课组内，各成员教师由于面对近似同一的教学对象、相同的教学目标和教材内容，因此一定会遇到许多共同的研究课题。在备课组内，备课组长则起着统筹安排、组织决策和引领作用，也是同年级本学科的负责人、带头人和教学质量的把关人，是落实学科质量教研组负责制的关键，其作用关系到年级整体教学质量。
Discipline preparation group is a professional basic organization of school teaching,the teachers in a preparation group always face the similar teaching objects,goals and contents,so they’ll have many common research topics. The chief of the group plays an overall arranging, organizing and deciding and leading role, is also an organizer,leader and gatekeeper of teaching quality, is the key to implement the system in which research group is responsible for discipline teaching quality, its role is related to the overall teaching quality of grade.
