摘要
柳州市社区戒毒和社区康复工作在全区率先探索建立了以"就业安置"为核心,以"启航工程"为载体,集"生理脱毒、身心康复、就业安置、融入社会"四位一体的社区戒毒、社区康复新模式,最大限度地安置社区戒毒、社区康复人员。柳州市从组织机构、戒毒经费、工作流程、工作职责等各方面进行规范,并结合实际,推动试点先行,全面推进了社区戒毒与社区康复工作。
Liuzhou takes the lead in probing into construction of a quatermty model tor community drug rehabilitation by integrating physiological detoxification, psychosomatic rehabilitation, job placement and reintegration programs, which maximizes emplacement for community rehabilitation personnel. Efforts are made to standardize organizations, drug rehabilitation cost, workflows as well as responsibilities, and practice the model as a pilot by combining with practical experiences so as to comprehensively carry on community drug rehabilitation in Liuzhou.
