摘要
针对某低聚油田采出水易造成传统过滤器滤料板结的问题,开展了硅藻土吸附和过滤相结合处理油田采出水的中试。结果表明,过滤出水水质满足一级过滤器出水对注水指标悬浮物及含油量的要求,其中80%以上的滤后水悬浮物含量都在2mg/L以内。试验还表明,硅藻土过滤器运行周期为2.3h,硅藻土投加量为1.5kg/d左右,处理成本为0.85—2.37元/m^3,硅藻土耗量大,应开展硅藻土废滤渣的再生利用研究。
Low polymer-containing oilfield produced water could easily cause the hardening of fil- ter media, so the combined process of diatomite adsorption and filtration was used to treat the oilfield pro- duced water in a pilot scale. The results showed that the filter effluent could meet the injection control re- quirements for suspended matter and oil. The content of suspended matter in more than 80% of the filtra- ted water was less than 2 mg/L. The operation cycle of the filter with diatomite was 2.3 h, the dosage of diatomite was about 1.5 kg/d, and the treatment cost was 0.85 to 2.37 yuan/m^3. The reuse of diatomite waste residue should be studied due to the large diatomite consumption.
