絮凝方式及搅拌速度对污泥回流强化絮凝的影响 被引量:3

Impact of Flocculation Mode and Stirring Rate on Enhanced Flocculation by Sludge Recycle

摘要 针对东营南郊引黄水库微污染原水,在不同絮凝方式及搅拌速度条件下,进行了污泥回流强化絮凝效能的研究。结果表明,当污泥回流量在5%~10%时,对絮凑毛/沉淀工艺的强化效果较好,此时,采用省略传统搅拌方式中的中速和慢速搅拌过程而仅在300r/min条件下快速搅拌50S的絮凝方式,对有机物的去除效果以及沉淀效能均优于传统絮凝方式,对DOC和UV254的去除率分别可达到42%和39%。 Under conditions of different flocculation modes and stirring rates, a study on enhanced flocculation by sludge recycle was conducted to solve the problems of the micro-polluted raw water in Nanjiao reservoir in Dongying City. The results showed that when the sludge recycle flow was 5% to 10% , the enhanced efficiency of the flocculation/sedimentation process was good. The enhanced floccu- lation with rapid stirring for 50 s at 300 r/min and without medium and slow stirring process in the tradi- tional stirring mode had higher removal efficiency of organic matter and higher sedimentation efficiency than the conventional floeculation. The removal rates of DOC and UV254 achived 42% and 39% respec- tively.
