热处理对PVC发泡复合地板加热尺寸变化率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 对热处理前后聚氯乙烯(PVC)发泡复合地板的加热尺寸变化率进行了研究,并对处理前后PVC发泡复合地板基材(PVC发泡材料)的表面形态及相关热性能进行了分析。结果表明,热处理后PVC复合地板基材表面泡孔结构发生明显变化,能降低复合地板的加热尺寸变化率;热处理温度和时间是两个比较重要的因素,温度较时间影响显著,温度在80℃以上对减小PVC发泡复合地板的加热尺寸变化率有明显的效果;试验中采用140℃处理1 min时,PVC发泡复合地板的加热尺寸变化率均能达到0.2%左右(低于GB/T 11982.1–2005要求的0.4%)。 The formed PVC composite wood floor was treated by thermo-treatment,the heating dimensional change rate, surface morphology and thermal properties of formed PVC material treated/untreated were analyzed. The results show that the dimensional changes can be reduced evidently after the thermo-treatment because of the changes in the surface structure;the processing temperature and processing time are two important factors,the processing temperature is more significant than the processing temperature for the formed PVC composite wood floor. The dimensional changes of the formed PVC composite wood floor reduce evidently when the processing temperature is above 80℃. The rate of dimensional changes can be reduced to about 0.2%which is less than the government standard(GB/T 11982.1–2005) requirement 0.4%.
