摘要
模板开框是模坯加工的重要环节,通常为保证一定精度采用自动编程数控加工完成。自动编程前期设置繁琐、程序手动修改不便,采用宏程序对开框加工进行分层切削控制、行切及环切刀路设计,通过同一程序实现不同尺寸,不同加工参数要求的加工,大大提高了加工效率,并解决了重复编程的问题。
Box cavity milling, which is an important step of mould machining process, is usu- ally controlled by the automatic programming of CNC to guarantee the accuracy. However, the pre-setting of the automatic program is complex and hard to modify. On the base of HuaZhong NC system, the macro-program is introduced to design the layered cutting con- trol, line cutting path and ring cutting path. Using the same macro-program, it is capable to machining the products with different sizes and different processing parameters. With this method, the processing efficiency is greatly improved and the problem of repeatedly pro- gramming is also solved.
