摘要 目的:研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化虎杖中白藜芦醇的工艺条件及参数。方法:利用白藜芦醇显酸性的特点,采用碱液洗脱树脂法分离纯化白藜芦醇。考察6种树脂、碱的浓度以及洗脱流速等因素对白藜芦醇分离纯化的影响。结果:选择NKA-Ⅱ树脂,NaOH洗脱液浓度0.5%,流速为1 BV/h,经过去盐后,白藜芦醇纯度达到70%以上。结论:该工艺适用于对白藜芦醇有吸附的树脂,经过一次上柱就可以与原料中其他干扰成分分离,适合大规模生产。 Objective:To explore purification techniques of Resveratrol by macroporous adsorption resin. Methods:As resveratrol is acidic, lye elution resin separation and purification was used. The impact of resin types, NaOH concentration, flow rate on purification results were explored. Results:The optimized purification techniques was: NKA-Ⅱ resin, eluent concentration of NaOH 0.5%, flow rate = 1BV/h, after desahing, resveratrol purity 〉 =70%. Conclusion:The optimized purification techniques is applicable to adsorption resin that is resveratrol adsopting, separation with other ingredients can be achieved by one flow, it is suitable for mass production.
