摘要
针对苏北油田后期作业要求,研究增韧水泥浆体系以提高水泥石韧性,控制射孔后水泥环破坏造成环空窜槽的风险。通过对苏北地区固井窜槽原因分析,充分调研国内外相关技术,研究开发了以纤维材料为主的增韧水泥浆体系。室内实验表明:增韧水泥浆体系水泥石与常规水泥石相比,抗折强度提高了16.1%~32%,抗冲击功提高了26%~52%,动态断裂韧性提高100%以上。通过在红庄油田和草舍油田现场应用表明:该体系可提高苏北油田固井质量,并能有效控制射孔后水泥石裂纹的扩展,保证水泥石的有效长期完整性。
In view of the production requirements of North Jiangsu oilfield, toughening cement slurry has been researched to im-prove the tenacity of cement stone and reduce the annular bypass caused by cement damage after perforation. According to the ce-menting channeling reasons analysis of North Jiangsu oilfield, and by fully investigation of related technologies at home and abroad, fiber materials-based toughening cement slurry system was researched and developed. Laboratory experiments show that flexural strength and impact resistance of toughening cement slurry system respectively increased 16.1 %~32 % and 26 %~52 % com-pared to conventional cement slurry, and dynamic fracture toughness increased more than 100 %. Field application of Hongzhuang oilfield and Caoshe oilfiled show that this system can improve the cement quality, limite crack spread after perforation and ensure the effective long term integrity of cement sheath.
