通过分析价格指数,公路工程与建设工程价款调整的依据与不同,调价的方法、时距,提出合同中应增加相应的内容,以有效平衡发承包双方的权利义务。
Through the analysis of price index,highway engineering and construction project price adjustment basis with different price,methods,time interval,we should increase the corresponding contents in the contract in order to effectively balance the rights and obligations of the contracting parties.
