摘要
针对20 mm厚的A709中厚板拼板焊接,为了提高焊接生产效率,提出了一种Y型坡口的焊接新工艺。新的焊接工艺采用熔化极气体保护焊打底,埋弧焊填充盖面的焊接方法,主要特点是焊接过程不需要清根,适用于大钝边尺寸坡口的焊接。为了研究Y型坡口钝边尺寸和间隙尺寸对焊接质量的影响,分别进行了不同的钝边和间隙尺寸的焊接试验。试验结果表明,钝边尺寸为6和8 mm的Y型坡口,在所选的焊接工艺下能够保证可靠的焊接质量。
In order to improve the welding efficiency, a new Y-groove welding procedure was proposed of A709 with 20 mm thick plate. The new welding procedure, using GMAW for the backing weld and SAW for filling and capping weld, was fitted for the welding of big root face groove. The welding experiment of different root face and gap size were taken to study the effects on the welding quality. The results show that the selected welding procedure is guaranteed for reliable welding quality for Y-groove plate welding of the root face size of 6 mm and 8mm, respectively.
