摘要
以BF-7658淀粉酶、果胶酶、纤维素酶和渗透剂的质量浓度为试验因素,对纯棉毛巾进行退煮一浴的正交试验k(3。),极差分析表明,优化的酶助剂配比为:BF-7658淀粉酶、果胶酶、渗透剂比例为1:3:2。在此基础上,经过单因素试验得到酶退煮一浴处理优化工艺为:酶退煮助剂6g/L,pH值6-7,在60℃处理60min。对比三种酶前处理工艺与传统碱氧一浴工艺发现,经酶处理的棉毛巾,其颜色鲜艳度和饱和度不及传统碱氧一浴工艺,特别是酶退煮漂一浴工艺。
Four enzymes are used to cotton towel desizing and scouring in one bath. The optimal formula of BF-7658 amylase : pectinase: penetrating agent is 1 : 3:2 by orthogonal experiment L9(34). On this basis, the optimal process of one bath desizing and scouring through single factor test is obtained as: enzyme 6 g/L, pH 6N7, treating at 60 ℃ for 60 rain. The influence of the one-bath desizing, scouring and bleaching process on dyeing properties is discussed. Compared to the traditional one-bath alkali-oxygen process, the dyed towel with three enzyme pretreatment processes have lower color brightness and saturation, especially for the one-bath desizing, scouring and bleaching process with enzyme.
