摘要
目的调查呼吸道预防控制重点部门医务人员佩戴口罩情况,掌握干预措施后,医务人员佩戴口罩的改进,为医务人员佩戴口罩的监管提供科学依据。方法使用统一的调查表,于2013年4-10月采用直接观察法,由医院感染专职人员对各部门医务人员佩戴口罩进行4次调查。结果 4次调查总体佩戴口罩依从性、正确率呈现逐渐升高的趋势,依从率从干预前为70.43%提高至干预后的87.61%;正确率从干预前的87.65%提高至干预后的96.28%;经χ2检验,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经过干预,佩戴口罩总体呈现提高趋势,应结合多种干预措施,提高医务人员佩戴口罩依从性及正确率,加强呼吸道传染病医院感染预防控制工作。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the compliance of mask wearing of the health care workers in key depart-ments for control of respiratory diseases ,grasp the intervention measures ,and improve the mask wearing so as to provide scientific basis for supervision of mask wearing of the health care workers .METHODS By means of unified questionnaire survey ,the direct observation was conducted to investigate the status of mask wearing of the profes-sional infection control staff for four times from Apr 2013 to Oct 2013 .RESULTS The results of four time of sur-vey indicated that both the compliance of mask wearing and the correct rate showed an upward trend ,the compli-ance increased from 70 .43% before the intervention to 87 .61% after the intervention ,and the correct rate in-creased from 87 .65% before the intervention to 96 .28% after the intervention ;the chi-square test showed that there was statistically significant difference （P〈0 .05） .CONCLUSION The status of mask wearing shows an up-ward trend on a whole through the intervention .It is necessary to take multiple intervention measures ,improve the compliance and correct rate of mask wearing of the health care workers ,and strengthen the control of respira-tory infections diseases infections .
