降钙素原在老年人细菌性肺部感染中的诊断价值 被引量:4

摘要 肺部感染是老年人常见病之一,65岁及以上患者是肺部感染发生的高危人群。老年患者多伴有各种慢性病,且肺部感染特征不典型,易并发多脏器功能衰竭,故发生肺部感染时的病死率常常是年轻人的3-5倍。因此,对老年人肺部感染的早期诊断对降低病死率、改善预后有重要的临床价值。降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)是降钙素前肽,一种糖蛋白,在病理状态下,PCT主要在细菌内毒素和炎性细胞因子刺激下产生;在感染性炎性反应情况下,血液PCT浓度会明显升高。
