摘要
反思了江南地域"十一五"期间的乡村规划建设实践,提出了"传统性"与"现代性"并重的乡村规划建设新视角,架构了新视角下乡村特征目标体系,并提出了实现这一目标体系的乡村建设发展策略、空间策略和实施策略。
Based on the reflections on the rural planning and construction practice in the regions south of the Yangtze River during the 11th Five-Year Plan, this paper puts forward a new perspective for rural planning and construction, i.e., attention should be paid to both ＂traditionality＂ and ＂modernity＂. Then, from this new perspective, the paper establishes an objective system with rural characteristics, and proposes corresponding rural construction and development strategies, spatial strategies, and implementation strategies.
