摘要
按出口和进口两个方向,对我国跨境电子商务零售中物流配送策略进行归类,对发货地集中配送、目标市场分散配送模式的运作进行梳理,分析各种配送策略的优势、适应性及存在的弊端,指出建立一体化物流体系,加强战略联盟合作,提升跨境物流链效率是未来的发展方向。
According to the two directions of export and import, this paper classifies the strategies of the logistics distribution in the cross-border electronic commerce resale of China, teases the operations of the centralized distribution, the target market and scattered distribution of the point of origin, analyzes the advantages, adaptability and existing disadvantages of all the strategies of the logistics distribution, and points out that establishing the system of the integration logistics distribution, strengthening the cooperation of the strategic alliance and enhancing the efficiency of the cross-border logistics chain are the development direction in the future.
