摘要
某焦化企业针对焦炉煤气现状,响应国家节能减排的号召,建设一座12 MW余热电站用于有效回收利用企业焦炉煤气。从焦炉煤气利用方案、主要设备参数、工艺系统、主厂房布置等方面进行了论述,详细介绍了焦炉煤气发电技术在该焦化企业的应用情况。焦炉煤气发电技术的应用为节能减排、环境保护做出了巨大贡献,同时也为企业创造了可观的经济效益。
Aiming at coke oven gas in a coking enterprise, responding to the call of energy-saving and emission-reduction, a 25MW waste heat power station is built through recovering the coke oven gas for power generation. Application of the coke oven gas power generation technology in this caking enterprise are introduced in detail, including the coke oven gas utilization schemes, parameters of main equipment, process system, the arrangement of the main building. The application of coke oven gas power generation technology makes a great contribution to for energy-saving and emission reduction, environmental protection, but also creates considerable economic benefits for the enterprise.
