摘要
根据GB/T 6900—2006《铝硅系耐火材料化学分析方法邻菲罗林光度法测定铁》,以测定铝硅质耐火材料中氧化铁含量为例,依据JJFl059—1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》与CNAS-GL06:2006《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》对测量过程中不确定来源进行分析,建立数学模型,通过具体实例分别采用A类、B类评定方法对各种因素引起的不确定度分量、合成不确定度、扩展不确定度进行评定,并给出评定结果。对理化分析领域采用紫外分光光度法测量不确定度具有借鉴意义。
This thesis is based on the GB/T 6900-2006 Al-Si Refractories Chemical Analysis Phenanthroline Spectrophotometry of Iron. Take the measurement of iron oxide content in Al-Si refractories for example, according to JJF1059--1999 Evaluation and Expression for the Uncertainty of Measurement, and CNAS-GL06: 2006 The Uncertainty Evaluation Guide in Chemical Analysis, this thesis analyzes the sources of uncertainty during the measurement, and establishes a mathematical model, through concrete examples using A and B evaluation method respectively to evaluate the uncertainty components, the combined uncertainty, expanded uncertainty caused by a variety of factors, and the evaluation results are given. This research is useful for the ultraviolet spectrophotometry uncertainty evaluation in physical and chemical analysis.
