This paper summarizes three disadvantages of current school education from the perspective of multidirectional intelligence theory: narrow school educational objective, dissimilative school educational function and unified school educational method. In regard of teaching reform of school education, this paper analyzes the school education ideology and principles with the individual as the center of the multidirectional intelligence theory.
