摘要 烟机结垢是多种因素共同作用的结果,针对中国石油天然气股份有限公司吉林石化公司炼油厂0.7Mt/a催化裂化装置烟机叶片结垢,导致机组自保联锁停车问题,结合烟机结垢物质成分的分析结果,从工艺操作、原料性质、催化剂使用及管理、烟机运行工况等方面对烟机结垢成因进行分析。结果表明工艺管理不善、操作波动、催化剂异常破碎等原因造成系统中催化剂细粉量增加,导致旋分系统运行异常,烟气中催化剂浓度增大。而大量高浓度的催化剂细粉是造成烟机结垢的根本原因,异常水分的进入则加重了烟机结垢。根据对烟机结垢成因的分析,提出了改进措施和对策。 The fouling of FCC flue gas expander is the result of multiple factors.The causes of fouling in flue gas expander in a 700,000 TPY FCCU of PetroChina Jilin Petrochemical Company are analyzed in respect of unit operation,feedstock properties,catalysts utilization and management and operation of flue gas expander based upon the emergency shutdown of the expander train.The analysis results show that the cause of fouling is the increase of catalyst fines in the system resulting from inappropriate management,operation fluctuation,breaking of catalysts which lead to the abnormal operation of the cyclone separator and increase of catalyst particles in flue gas.The culprit of fouling of flue gas expander is the high concentration catalyst fines in the flue gas,which has been aggravated by the leaked water.Prevention measures have been recommended based the cause analysis.
