摘要
简述了PVC树脂生产原料的工艺指标及分散剂在VCM聚合中的作用,调整了采用70 m3聚合釜生产PVC树脂的工艺配方,并对生产出的PVC树脂产品质量进行了检测.结果表明:PVC树脂颗粒形态规整,内部结构疏松,表观密度为0.53 ~0.54 g/mL,黏数为112~114 mL/g,100 g PVC树脂增塑剂吸收量为23 ~25 g,“鱼眼”数小于10个.
