摘要
以华能九台电厂干燥直吹式制粉系统为例,进行褐煤蒸发水回收试验,论证了炉烟干燥褐煤过程中蒸发水回收的可行性,并对收集的回收水进行了水质分析。结果表明:采用炉烟干燥褐煤回收蒸发水可行;试验回收水经过简单处理,可用于湿法脱硫系统;可降低电厂水耗,经济效益显著。
Taking the dry direct blowing pulverizing system in Huaneng Jiutai Power Plant as the example, the evaporated water recycling experiment for lignite was carried out.The feasibility of recycling the evapo-rated water during lignite drying process by flue gas was discussed.Moreover,water quality analysis was performed on the collected recycled water.The results show that,using flue gas to dry the lignite and recy-cle the evaporated water is feasible;after simple treatment,the recycled water can be applied in desulfuriza-tion system;this method reduced the water consumption,indicating the economic benefit is dramatic.
