摘要
常规的Y445型丢手悬挂封隔器应用于海上油田大尺寸井筒时,存在中途坐封、丢手单一和强制解封等问题。研制了Y445-210型丢手悬挂封隔器。该封隔器设计有防中途坐封结构,采用液压和机械双重丢手方式,可独立打捞、解封,具有坐封容易、密封可靠和打捞方便等优点。室内试验和现场应用表明:该封隔器施工可靠性高,各项性能满足现场使用要求,可应用于海上油田244.5mm(9英寸)井筒内油水井的防砂、卡封、堵水和压裂等作业工艺。
Conventional Y445 hook wall packer has some problems such as midway setting,single release and forced unset when used in large-scale wellbores of offshore oil well.A new type of Y445-210 hook wall packer has been designed.It can resolve the problems above,which has anti-midway set structure,hydraulic and mechanical release methods and independent unset structure and is safe to be fished.Laboratory experiment and field application show that the packer has hig＆amp;nbsp;h operation reliability,meets the requirements of field use and can be used for sand prevention, packer setting,water plugging,fracturing and other operation process of offshore oilfield large-scale wellbores（95/8in）.
