摘要
目的简化滤膜样品消解过程,探讨更加快速环保的前处理方法。方法锰的滤膜样品用酸煮法溶解其中的金属锰及其化合物,直接混合定容后测定。结果采用酸煮法获得的工作曲线浓度-吸光度相关系数r=0.9992;低、中、高3个浓度重复性实验的相对标准偏差RSD为4.83%-7.16%;含(22±1)μg锰滤膜标准样品测定结果为22.87μg;10个配对样品测定与国标方法比较差异无统计学意义(配对差值t检验,t=8.43,P〉0.05)。工作曲线线性、精密度、准确度、电焊作业空气样品测定对照等实验,效果良好。此法不消解滤料,无需小心回流消解和少量多次涮洗烧杯,简化了操作,同时节省了大量的时间和试剂。结论改进后的方法是一种更加环保、简便快速而可靠的前处理方法,也可用于其他金属滤膜样品的前处理。
Objective To simplify the process of digesting the sample of manganese on microfihration memberane, research more simple, quick and environment -friendly pretreating method. Methods The manganese and it's oxid on microfiltration memberane were desolved in boilling acid solution. The volume was mixed alternatively and defined together with the member- ane. Results The acquired calibration curve's correlation coefficient is r = 0. 9992. The Relative Standard Deviations of repeti- tious experiment on middle, low and high concentrations are RSD = 4.83% - 7.16%. The determined result of a standard sample of manganese memberane was 22.87 μg as the real concentration was (22 ± 1 ) μg. The test of pair D - value of 10 real samples showed no conspicuousness for the difference between this method and the normal standard method, t = 8.43, P 〉 0.05. Well effects were got on linear of working curve, precision, accuracy and comparison. The memberane does not digested. Need not to reflux digest carefully and scour beaker repeatedly. The process was simplified, its time and reagents were decreased largely. Conclusion The improved pretreating method is more simple, quick and environment -friendly, and may using to other pretreating of metal' s samples.
