摘要
社会思潮是一定时期社会存在的反映,是社会气候的"晴雨表"。当前,政治民主主义、经济民族主义、外交多边主义以及泛非主义等构成当今非洲社会思潮的主要内容。当今非洲社会思潮的产生既是政治、经济和社会发展的反映,也不可避免地受到外部世界的影响。非洲社会思潮不仅作用于非洲大陆内部,而且对中非关系产生重大影响。它既为中非合作带来机遇,又可能对中非政治互信、经贸合作和外交关系以及舆论环境带来消极影响。中国应认真分析,并积极谋划应对之策,以促进中非新型战略伙伴关系的不断发展。
Under the background of fast growth of Sino - African relations, Chinese scholars need to study current African ideologies. At the beginning of the establishment of African countries, socialism was extensively existed in African continent. Today, political democracy, economic nationalism, multilateral diplomacy and Pan - Africanism are the main content of current African ideologies, which not only influence the African countries themselves, but also bring large impacts on Sino - African co - operations. To promote the new type of Sino - African strategic partnership, we should pay attention to African ideologies and find the best solutions. For example, China should insist on the new concept of justice and interest, enhance cooperation of people to people, facilitate cooperation in the fields of humanism, media and so on.
