简单阐述了虚拟装配的工作流程,分析总结了虚拟装配的主要工作内容。通过应用虚拟装配技术,在实体样机建造前发现并解决车用发动机总成开发中的装配间隙问题,直观的验证了装配顺序的正确性及拆装的可行性,降低了项目风险并缩短了开发周期。
Briefly explained work processes of the virtual Assembly, analyzed and summarized the main contents of the virtual Assembly. Identify and solve the package issues and check the assembly sequence visually before the prototype of vehicle engine assembly by application of virtual assembly technology, reduce project risk and save development time.
