摘要
"慕课"(MOOCs)在中国掀起了热潮,教师既是学习者又是建设者,通过个人追求、群体协作、专家指导等学习模式,实现了在学习中建设,在建设中求学,最终达到不断完善自我、发展自我的目的。
This paper is designated to explore the approach of teachers’ development into learners and constructors in the times of MOOCs based on the theory of connectionism. They need to develop themselves through personal pursuit, team work and expert direction to learn in course constructing of MOOCs.
