大锥钻表面产生萘状断口的原因分析

摘要 生产中发现Φ36mm锥钻出现萘状断口,粗大的晶粒分布在钻头的刃部,在心部没有发现这种现象。萘状断口是高速钢晶粒的二次再结晶,粗大的晶粒对钻头的韧性造成危害。经分析发现在轧制工序设备改造过程中,因更改感应加热的频率、功率和加热时间,造成工件的表层加热温度过高,随后的热处理过程发生二次淬火,使产品出现萘状断口。 The naphthalene fracture was produced on Ф36mm bradawl during the production. The coarse grain dis- tributed in the drill bit blade, heart department didn't find this kind of phenomenon. Naphthalene fracture was the HSS grain secondary recrystallization, and the coarse grain hazard to the toughness of drill. Through the analysis found that in the process of rolling process equipment modification, the relevant personnel changed the frequency of induction heating, power and heating time, which resuh to the heating temperature of workpiece surface too high, and the following double quenching of heat treatment process, finally make the product appear naphthalene fracture.
