摘要
目的 评价玻璃体切除联合手术治疗复杂眼外伤的临床治疗效果。方法 复杂眼外伤32例（32眼）采用玻璃体切除术联合眼内异物摘出、白内障摘出或视网膜脱离复位等手术。结果 术后随访6个月，视力提高者29眼（90．63％），术后视力0．01—0．6，其中视力≥0．1者21眼（65．62％）。术中、术后无严重并发症发生。结论 玻璃体切除联合手术治疗复杂眼外伤效果较好、并发症少。
Objective To evaluate the clinical treatment effect of vitrectomy and combined surgery for complex ocular trauma. Methods Thirty two eyes of 32 cases with complex ocular trauma underwent vitrectomy and combined surgery （ vitrectomy combined with extraction of intraocular foreign body, cataract extraction or retinal reattachment sugery）. Results The follow-up time was 6 months. Visual acuity of 29 eyes （90.63%） was improved in different extent. The best corrected visual acuity was from 0. 01 to 0.6 postoperatively, it was ≥0.1 in 21 eye （65.63%）. No serious intraoperative or postoperative complication occurred. Conclusion The advantages of vitrectomy and combined surgery for severe ocular trauma were better postoperative recovery and less complications.
