摘要
为优化无卤低烟阻燃耐火电缆的制备工艺,研究了绕包、圆整、挤出等工艺条件。考察了绕包率、挤出温度对该电缆的性能影响。研究显示,绕包率高于30%时可满足耐火特性阻燃性能要求,挤出温度应在120~160℃时,可满足成型塑化要求;所研制的电缆阻燃性能达A类标准,烟浓度透光率达85%,材料烟气毒性为二级。通过工艺优化,获得了无卤、低烟型阻燃电缆。
To optimize the technology conditions for producing LSOH flame retardant and five -resisting power cables with oxygen -barrier , winding package , circular , and extrusion were studied in detail .The effects of the winding package and the temperature on the power cables performance were investigated .The results indi-cated that winding package (〉30%) and temperature ( 120~160℃) could meet the requirement of the prod-uct.The safety performance index of the product reached the international industry standard level .Moreover, the flame retardant performance passed over standard A and its smoke density light transmittance is high than 85%. Based on the optimization of production technology , the power cable of LSOH flame retardant was achieved .
