摘要
幼儿园教师公正是指教师在保教工作中体现出来的公平正义.教师的保教行为不能没有公正.公正是教育的应有之义,是促进教师发展的内在要求,是促进幼儿成长的重要因素.公正的践行受制于主观教育素养、客观教育资源以及教育氛围等多种因素.公正的实现需要教师个人、行业与园方以及社会共同作出努力.
By "kindergarten teachers' justice" we mean the fairness and righteousness of teachers in their work. Justice, an indispensable part of child care, is certainly what "the educational though" would imply, the internal need of teacher development and a contributing factor of child growth. However, justice is restricted by internal and external factors such as teaching attainment, teaching resources, and education atmosphere. Consequently, the achievement of justice among kindergartens requires common effort of teachers, kindergartens and the whole society.
