摘要
在分析高职CAD/CAM应用课程现状的基础上,提出了改革思路:以二维和三维模拟加工及自动编程两个项目来设计课程内容。以来源于企业生产一线的典型数控加工零件为载体,构建基于工作过程的"六步教学法",并在教学过程中融入数控铣工职业资格标准,使课程既体现工学结合的特色,又为数控铣工职业技能考证奠定基础,从而大幅提高课程的教学效果。
The reform idea was put forward in the paper by analysing the current situation of higher vocational curriculum CAD/CAM application. The projects "2D and 3D simulation and automatic programming" have been designed for the curriculum content. In the paper, typical NC machining parts from the production line was chosen as the carrier, "six step teaching method" based on the working process was constructed, and the occupation qualifi cation standards for CNC miller was integrated into the teaching process. It makes curriculum embodied with work-study combination, and lays the foundation for the occupation qualification standards for CNC miller, and greatly improves the teaching effect.
