摘要
通过介绍MLX90316的结构和特性,利用霍尔效应,针对目前油门控制系统的可靠性不高、控制电路复杂等问题,提出了一种非接触式电子油门踏板电路,可以精确测量踏板的角位移,开发了相应的电子油门踏板。多次测试分析表明:应用这款非接触式旋转角度位置传感器芯片设计的踏板位置传感器电路能够准确地测量踏板位置,电子加速器可以实现高精度的360°旋转位置感应,能满足汽车和工业中的需求。
This paper introduces MLX90316's structure and properties and use the Hall effect, to solve the problems of reliability of throttle control system is not high, complex control circuit. A non-contact electronic accelerator pedal circuit is introduced which can accurately measure the angular displacement of the pedal, develop the electronic accelerator pedal corresponding. Multiple test analysis showed that: application of the non contact pedal position sensor rotary angle position sensor chip design can measure the electron accelerator pedal position accurately. This displacement sensor electronic accelerator can achieve 360 degree rotary position sensing precision, and meet the needs of industrial and automotive.
