摘要
总结了王素梅教授治疗小儿急性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的临床经验。认为急性ITP病机为素体脾肾亏虚,加之感受外邪,引起疾病的发生。以虚为本、外邪为标,临床施治应先驱除外邪,再补脾肾。外邪未祛,妄用补法,邪易留恋于体内,反而加重病情。临床上应辨证论治,依据病症特点,有是证用是药。
To summarize professor Wang Sumei＇ s clinical experience in treating pediatric acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （ ITP ）. She regards pathogenesis of acute ITP as deficiency of spleen and kidney, as well as the pathogenic factors which cause the happening of the disease. She thinks the deficiency is the root, external factors is the sign. In the clinic treatment, the external evilness should be expelled first, then the kid and spleen be nourished. If the external evilness is not expelled, the nourishment should not be applied, or the evilness will reside in the body, worsening the disease. In clinic the syndrome should be differentiated and the medicine should be applied according to the syndrome.
