摘要
文章结合阳泉煤业(集团)有限责任公司近年来在科技项目预结算审查管理方面的工作实践,从审查遵循的原则、依据、方法、审查的重点入手,并从队伍建设、专家评审、反馈机制、提高效率等方面,提出了今后进一步加强预算审查工作的建议。
Combining with the Yangquan coal industry （Group）Co., Ltd. work practice in science and technology project pre settlement examination management in recent years, starting from the key examination principle, basis, method, review followed, and from the team construction, expert evaluation, feedback mechanism, improve efficiency, further strengthen the budget audit work suggestions.
